It is ideal for newer businesses or those ready to upgrade from a basic DIY site. The hour you are booking is your initial onboarding and strategy call, which is included in this package and sets the direction for your full website build. Pricing reflects design, setup, and strategy services only and does not include domain registration, hosting, or other website platform subscriptions, or third-party application fees.
Cancellation Policy
Website Build Booking Policy By booking a Website Build service with JP Digital Communications, you agree to the following terms: 1. Deposit & Payment All website projects require a non-refundable deposit to secure your project start date. The remaining balance will be invoiced according to the agreed payment schedule and must be paid before final website launch. 2. Scope of Work Each website tier includes a defined scope based on the selected package. Any additional pages, functionality, integrations, or structural changes outside the agreed scope will require a revised quote and written approval before work begins. 3. Content Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing all final written content, images, product details, branding materials, and login access before the project begins unless copywriting services have been purchased. Delays in providing content may result in timeline adjustments. 4. Revision Rounds Each package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in the service description. A revision round includes consolidated feedback submitted in one organized document or email. Additional revisions will be billed separately. 5. Timeline Project timelines begin once all required materials and access are received. Delays in communication or content submission may extend the agreed timeline. 6. Platform & Third-Party Fees Website build pricing includes design, setup, and strategy services only. Domain registration, hosting, and other website builder subscriptions, payment processor fees, and third-party application costs are not included and are the responsibility of the client. 7. Results Disclaimer While every effort is made to build a strategic and optimized website, specific traffic levels, search rankings, sales performance, or business outcomes are not guaranteed. 8. Cancellation Policy If services are canceled after purchase: • Within 12 hours of purchase: 25 percent of the total project fee is forfeited • Within 24 hours of purchase: 50 percent of the total project fee is refundable • After 24 hours: no refunds Introductory consultation call cancellations: • More than 24 hours before appointment: no fee • Within 24 hours: $25 late cancellation fee
