Cancellation Policy

Social Media Strategy Booking Policy All social media strategy services are prepaid in full at the time of booking. After purchase, clients will receive an intake form that must be completed within 3 business days. Strategy timelines begin once the completed intake form is submitted. Estimated turnaround times from the initial onboarding call: • Social Media Strategy Lite: 3–5 business days • Full Social Media Strategy: 5–7 business days • Strategy + Implementation Roadmap: 7–10 business days These timeframes apply to business days only and may adjust during peak booking periods. Because each strategy is custom-developed and requires dedicated research, analysis, and planning, the following cancellation terms apply: • Cancellations within 12 hours of purchase: 25% of the service fee is retained; 75% refunded. • Cancellations within 24 hours of purchase: 50% of the service fee is retained; 50% refunded. • Cancellations more than 24 hours after purchase: No refunds. If work has already begun prior to a cancellation request, refunds are not available. Strategy consultation calls may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or reschedule requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a $15 late cancellation fee. Each strategy is created based on the information provided in the intake form and consultation call. Clear and thorough responses help ensure the strongest outcome. Social media growth, engagement, and visibility vary based on audience behavior, industry factors, implementation consistency, and platform algorithms. While research-backed recommendations and best practices are applied, specific performance results are not guaranteed. Payment is for the time, research, and strategic development provided and is not contingent on outcomes. Clients are responsible for implementing the strategy as provided. Ongoing management or execution support is available separately. By booking a social media strategy service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
