Cancellation Policy

Social Media or Website Audit & Strategy Review Booking Policy By booking the Website Audit & Strategy Review or the Social Media Audit & Strategy Review with JP Digital Communications, you agree to the following terms: 1. Service Structure This service includes a 60-minute introductory onboarding call followed by a detailed audit and strategy review of your current social media or website presence. After the audit is completed, a 30-minute strategy review session will be scheduled to walk through findings and recommendations. The introductory call is used to clarify goals, target audience, current marketing efforts, and expectations before audit work begins. 2. Scope of Service This service provides strategic analysis, feedback, and recommendations. It does not include editing, content creation, posting, account management, direct messaging, or platform implementation unless separately contracted. 3. Preparation Requirement Clients must complete the intake form prior to the introductory call. Failure to submit required information may delay the audit timeline. 4. Results Disclaimer Social media and website growth, engagement, and audience metrics vary based on multiple factors including consistency, implementation, market conditions, and platform algorithm changes. Specific performance outcomes or follower growth are not guaranteed. 5. Cancellation & Refund Policy Introductory Call Cancellation: • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled call may be rescheduled at no cost. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled call are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. Service Cancellation: If the full Website Audit & Strategy Review service or Social Media Audit & Strategy Review service is canceled after purchase, 75% of the total fee is refundable. The remaining 25% is non-refundable due to time reserved and preparatory work. No refunds will be issued after the audit has been delivered.
