The time you are booking is a 60-minute live consulting session dedicated entirely to your marketing questions, strategy development, and next steps, with real-time feedback and recommendations provided during the call.
Cancellation Policy
Marketing Strategy Consulting Booking Policy By booking a Marketing Strategy Consulting session with JP Digital Communications, you agree to the following terms: 1. Session Structure Your booking includes one 60-minute live consulting session focused on strategic guidance, campaign feedback, messaging refinement, launch planning, or other marketing-related topics outlined in your intake form. This session is advisory in nature and provides real-time recommendations and strategic direction. 2. Preparation & Responsibility Clients are responsible for submitting the intake form at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Failure to submit required information may limit the effectiveness of the session. JP Digital Communications is not responsible for implementation unless separately contracted. 3. Scope of Session The session is designed for strategy, brainstorming, and feedback. Services such as copywriting, content creation, campaign build-out, funnel development, website edits, or technical implementation are not included unless purchased separately. 4. No Guarantees While strategic recommendations are provided based on experience and best practices, specific business results, revenue increases, audience growth, or campaign performance outcomes are not guaranteed. 5. Recording & Follow-Up Sessions may be recorded for client reference. Written summaries are not included unless purchased as an add-on. 6. Cancellation & Rescheduling Introductory Call Cancellation: • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled call may be rescheduled at no cost. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled call are subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. Service Cancellation: If the full Social Media Audit & Strategy Review service is canceled after purchase, 50 percent of the total fee is refundable. The remaining 50 percent is non-refundable due to time reserved and preparatory work. No refunds will be issued after the audit has been delivered.
